Königsbach-Stein – 24.01.2024: At the end of November 2023, the shareholders of the HÄRTER Group publicly announced that they had signed an agreement to acquire Hoffmann GmbH. Following approval by the antitrust authorities, the deal was closed at the end of 2023.

Axel Steiger, CFO of the HÄRTER Group, says: „This merger underlines our ambition to further expand our market position as the world's leading independent supplier of stamped and injection molded parts.”

This strategic merger marks a significant step towards bundling the companies' expertise in the field of high-precision stamped parts and jointly expanding the portfolio in the field of electromobility and industrial applications.The synergies between the strengths of the two companies will enable a wide range of products and services to be offered in order to continue to meet the growing demands of the market.

In addition to its technical experience, Hoffmann GmbH also brings a rapidly growing plant in Mexico to the Group, as well as BIHLER technology, which is to be further expanded within the Group alongside classic progressive die technology.

Both Hoffmann GmbH and the HÄRTER Group are leaders in the field of stamping, bending and assembly technology with high-performance toolmaking and prototyping.
