Königsbach Stein - The management of the internationally active HÄRTER Group is changing. As of 01.10.2023, Michael Neubert will take over responsibility for Sales and Marketing from Martin Härter. In addition, Markus Wild will take over the newly created position of Technical Managing Director with responsibility for the production sites from 06.11.2023. Axel Steiger will continue to act as CFO.
As of 01.10.2023, Michael Neubert will be responsible for the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of the HÄRTER Group as a new member of the management. He succeeds Martin Härter, who is leaving the management. In addition, Markus Wild will complete the management board as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
In his many years as Managing Director, Martin Härter has shaped the company and led it with great commitment. This also especially within the last, challenging years. The HÄRTER Group would like to thank Martin Härter and wish him all the best in his private and professional life.
With Michael Neubert, a highly experienced sales executive with an international profile has been recruited for the role of Chief Sales Officer. He draws on more than 30 years of professional experience with a focus on sales and project management. His international background and the associated network in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry will be trend-setting for the HÄRTER Group. His special expertise includes sales management and the development of new business areas.
Markus Wild has extensive experience in restructuring and strategic realignment of companies. Over the past 10 years, he has held management positions in the metals industry. For example, he was responsible for the design and construction of a new plant in the USA for a global aluminum group as local CEO. Most recently, as CEO, he was responsible for the successful turnaround and comprehensive production increase of an aluminum recycling company.
Both managers will complement the management very well and thus drive the positive development.
