As soon as we receive a quotation request, the technical feasibility of a product becomes a focus. To deliver rapid, well-thought out and reliable feedback, every new project is evaluated by a cross-functional team. This includes analyzing factors such as project feasibility, production time and place as much as how a potential further development and optimization of the product or process might look.

In accordance with the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), we permanently optimize our production processes. Naturally, our insights from CIP are integrated into our new developments – both in terms of process and technologies as well as in regards to AQP (advance quality planning).
