HV contact systems

The high-voltage connection systems of hybrid and electric vehicles place increased demands on connectivity. With HV contact systems from Härter, you stay on the safe side: the PCON high-performance terminals are characterised by high precision and functionality in every detail as well as the combination of various functions and features – with just 1–3 mm material thickness. The production process has also been thought out down to the last detail: the design of the production concept ranges from tooling technology to the appropriate automation solutions. Besides punching and joining, assembly, testing and packaging are integrated into the process.
