Busbars

Indispensable for the transmission of electrical currents in the mobility sector: as conductor tracks, busbars are punched, bent and overmoulded with plastic. Härter offers these as ready-to-install components with a wide variety of contacts and individually manufactured stamped grids – coated, bent, overmoulded, tested and packaged. The design of the component, the layout of the manufacturing steps and the appropriate technology in production go hand in hand. But it’s not just brains – capacity counts too: in addition to tool design and construction, Härter has press lines at all locations for the production of various punched grids up to a strip thickness of 3 mm and a width of 240 mm. These are complemented by injection moulding machines with a clamping force of 200 kN and a usable injection volume of 210 ccm.
