At Härter we are particularly proud of one thing: the commitment of our employees, who do their best every day. As a traditional and progressive family business, we take our responsibility as an employer seriously. That is why we promote individual talents and skills with a wide range of further training opportunities in our Härter Academy.
Härter is proud of something very special: the dedication of its employees who, all together, give their best. As a family company, we take our responsibility as an employer seriously. With varied professional training options, we promote individual talent and skills. That is certainly one of the reasons why some employees have stayed with Härter since their apprenticeships. We also provide as optimal of a work environment as possible. Steady investment in our manufacturing floor and generously arranged production areas create the ideal conditions for top performance both technological and human. Besides our employees, social engagement is also important for us. We stand up for the weaker members of society, for example, by being a part of a close network for social assistance in Pforzheim.
Technical and business areas or IT: Already 700 apprentices have completed their apprenticeships with us. Among them are the best almost every year. With 30 apprentices among 500employees at our main location, the rate of apprentices is extraordinarily high. We also offer dual studies in cooperation with the universities. And a career with us is nowhere nearly ended after the apprenticeship. With professional training and development and further qualifications, we offer all employees perspectives for a professional future.
Driving technological progress, keeping up to date and looking beyond the horizon: These are the goals of the Härter Innovation Congress, which regularly offers a platform for the exchange between companies and experts. Customers, suppliers and employees have the opportunity to find out about innovations in the fields of toolmaking, stamping technology and metal-plastic technology among experts. In addition to lectures by internal and external speakers, the programme includes a personal exchange of ideas and a guided factory tour.
Further training “on the job” or “off the job”: We promote the professional development of all employees with seminars, workshops and individual additional qualifications. Experienced speakers guide our employees through specialist seminars or workshops, for example. We welcome new employees with an introductory event and our new trainees with the trainee team days.
