APPRENTICESHIP AT HÄRTER

More than 700 trainees have already completed their training at Härter. Among them are the best trainees almost every year. What we are particularly proud of: Around 80 percent of our trainees stay with us after graduation.

Your school-leaving certificate is already in sight? Are you looking for a successful start to your career and interesting prospects for the future? At Härter you will get to know the practice and find your entry into a promising career. Our qualified and motivated instructors promote your individual skills and support you with the latest technical equipment. At the end of your training you will have both feet firmly on the ground in your professional life and can start right away at Härter. By the way: Learning does not stop after training at Härter. After the takeover, you will tackle new tasks successfully step by step. Our employee development program provides you with professional support.

LEARNING AND GET TO KNOW US: HIGHLIGHTS AT HÄRTER

During the training at Härter there are always highlights that we experience together and through which we grow even more together. The first is the trainee seminar, which we organise every year for all new trainees: The trainees get to know each other through a mixture of seminars, excursions and joint activities and form an interdisciplinary team. In addition to excursions, company visits and workshops, Härter also offers road safety training every year: all trainees with a driving licence learn here how to react correctly in road traffic and to master dangerous situations.

FOR CONCENTRATED PRACTICAL POWER: LEARNING ISLANDS

Work independently and autonomously in a team: To this end, we have set up certain areas in the company as learning islands. Our trainees have the opportunity to learn and work directly at the production process. The entire value chain for a product is taken over by the trainees and the work order is handled independently. This type of training is therefore called “process-oriented and workintegrative training”. Each trainee goes through several learning islands and thus gets to know different areas in detail. And that pays off: the trainees learn to form their own judgments, find new solutions and improve work processes. In addition, planning, decision-making and social skills are strengthened.
